Pick-up (Singapore only)
We are currently offering self pick-up services at various locations and timings as stated in our Shipping information. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, by opting for self pick-up, you agree to adhere to all of the restrictions set in place by the Singapore Government (which include but are not limited to: the wearing of face masks, being present in groups no larger than 5 people, etc.)
Shipping
We do not take any responsibility for any damages and delays caused by and during shipping by our domestic and international shipping providers.
Domestic: For domestic orders (Singapore), we offer both untracked and tracked mailing via SingPost. We do not take any responsibility for any loss of items or packages during shipping especially if you have selected untracked mailing. By selecting untracked mailing, you agree to accept and bear all risks involved. As such, we highly encourage you to choose tracked mailing, where you will be provided with a tracking number to ensure that your order makes it safely to you.
International: All items are hand-packed and shipped out of our small home in Singapore. If you are an international buyer, please allow for adequate processing and shipping time for your order to travel to you. We only provide tracked shipping for international orders, which will be provided by ____.
