(you may need to bear any mailing fees required to send the product in for repairs)
KINDLY NOTE
This 1-year warranty does not cover the effects of natural wear and tear. Whether your Object is 14k Gold Plated on Sterling Silver or 14k Gold Vermeil, lack of proper care may cause the clear protective coating and gold layer to fade over time, exposing the
925 sterling silver core. Kindly read this guide that will advise you on how to properly care for your Objects so that they’ll stand the test of time.

Eligibility
- Only jewellery Objects launched after Jan 2023 (exclusions apply) are eligible for warranty.
Silk Objects are not included. If you encounter an issue with your silk Object, kindly reach out to us via email. - Issues eligible for free repairs include but are not limited to:
Issues with jump rings, charms that came out, broken clasps, issues with chains, resizing of chains. -
Color warranty:
This covers any premature fading or oxidation of the gold layer within 1 year from purchase date. It does not cover any scratches or accidental indents caused by daily wear. - Kindly note that pendant and charm issues arising from improper care (e.g. dirt, scratches) will not be eligible.
