We currently offer 3 easy ways for you to receive your Tender Objects parcels!

Delivery timeframes include the processing and packing of your order upon confirmation.
For Urgent Deliveries:
If you require your parcels urgently (e.g. the next day), we have a next-day mailing option (order before 3pm) for $10, or you may opt for self-collection. Please note that for custom personalized pieces, this excludes production time. If you'd like a custom piece to reach you the next day, additional 'urgent fees' will apply at the respective product pages.
For clarity, kindly also indicate under 'cart notes' the date you'd like to receive it.

* Please note that self collection timings are only general estimates and may vary each week based on our availability. We will reach out to you after you've placed your order to confirm the day and time for self pick-up. We will be posting our self collection schedule on Instagram each week, so be sure to follow us there! If you'd like to enquire about our self collection timings beforehand, feel free to drop us an email or a DM!
Normal Mail:
Your parcel will be mailed under SingPost's Basic Package service, which means that no tracking number will be provided. While there will definitely be a slight risk, we've found Singpost to be pretty reliable and thus we decided to offer this option for those of you who'd like to save a little! However, please be mindful of our Shipping Policy if you decide to choose this option.
Untracked mailing is complimentary for all orders above SGD 20. Please select 'Untracked Mail' at checkout to enjoy this offer.

Registered Mail:
Your parcel will be mailed under SingPost's Tracked Package service, and a tracking number will issued to you once we've mailed out your parcel. Please also be mindful of our Shipping Policy.

*Merging of orders:
If you've placed multiple orders to be shipped to the same address, we may drop you an email to check with you if we could ship the orders together. This is in our effort to reduce packaging waste! This applies to both local and international orders.

International Shipping is available to all other countries at a weight-based rate which will be calculated upon checkout.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays on all international orders.
We typically process, pack, and mail your orders out from our small home in Singapore within 2-3 business days.
Due to many border restrictions and reduced flight frequencies, your parcel may or may not reach you within the estimated time.
