Mould Creation & Silver Casting Once the design is perfected, wax moulds are created to serve as the blueprint for production. These moulds are then used for silver casting, laying the foundation for the creation of each piece. |
Smooth and Polish Our skilled artisans meticulously smooth and polish each piece by hand, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances its beauty and brilliance. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every piece is as stunning as it is durable. |
Plating To enhance durability and longevity, our jewellery undergoes a plating process. This involves adding a thick layer (0.5-2.5 microns) of yellow gold / champagne gold / rose gold, which not only enhances the beauty of the piece but also protects it from tarnishing and wear over time. On top of this, we also add a clear protective coating to prevent the gold from oxidising. |
Stone Setting Precious and semi-precious gemstones are carefully selected and set by hand, showcasing their natural beauty and brilliance in stunning arrangements that complement each design. Our skilled craftsmen take great care to ensure that each stone is securely set, allowing it to shine brightly for years to come. |
